“Selena was so incredible! We did our engagement and wedding photos with her and both times she was so wonderful at directing us and getting the type of shots we wanted and ones we didn't event know we wanted!

We had a backyard wedding with around 70 people and we really wanted a group photo and she was so great at helping to get everyone into position (including unruly grandparents) and the photo turned out so amazing! We had a bunch printed and sent them out with our thank you cards and they were a huge hit!

We wanted someone that was great about getting candid photos too and the candid's Selena took were incredible! And she's so sweet and wonderful to work with, I think my whole family was ready to adopt her!”

“We are SO THANKFUL that we hired Selena for both our wedding and engagement pictures. She was so friendly and relatable that we weren’t nervous at all, and it showed in the pictures. Selena was super helpful with wedding planning and was available to meet or talk whenever I wanted to run an idea by her.

On our wedding day, she was very friendly to our guests and even took several pictures of friends and family that we shared with them. With the chaos and fun of a wedding, most of our guests forgot to take pictures of themselves dressed up, so they were very grateful to have pictures with their significant other or family. Our wedding pictures turned out BEAUTIFUL. Selena took the time to stop for a second in between each picture to make sure each person was posed appropriately and looked their best. She included all of the “inspiration poses” I sent her, but added several that I didn’t even know I needed! “Selena was one of the first vendors we booked for our wedding. When we were getting our engagement pictures done with her in April of 2023 we knew then and there that we wanted her to photograph our wedding for us, too. We didn't have the funds at the time to put down our deposit, but she was more than happy to block the day for us anyway and told us we could send her the deposit whenever we were ready to. Needless to say, the check was sent as soon as we could. We also got family pictures done with my husband's family and they turned out better than we could have ever wanted.

Having Selena around was like having a friend around - amplified by our connections to people we knew in high school. I had emailed Selena a couple months before the wedding to ask if it would be possible to drive out to see my husband's great grandma before the ceremony and get a couple pictures with her since she would be unable to make it and she was more than happy to go with us, even if it meant we were rushing back to the venue because of crazy Wichita traffic. As we got our pictures back we were sharing them with family and they didn't understand how quickly she was able to take pictures and capture moments that we didn't see ourselves. Selena is amazing at what she does, and the proof is in her work. She is kind, hard-working, understanding, and was a calming presence for us during the craziness that was our wedding day.
